Exchange ideas and brainstorming, advisors, creating contact areas and collaboration opportunities for our creators and help to place the work with artists or in film, tv and advertising productions.
Manage contacts, follow ups and check that the correct amount of compensation is paid to the creators. Monitor that the creators work is not used in different contexts without consent.
Provide support in form of studio sessions, demo recordings, contributions of instruments and studio equipment. In addition, support of marketing their music towards producers, record labels and artists.
Moonbase Music will purchase equipment that lasts for both quality and durability. We also encourage our creators to use sustainable transport such as trains and public transport when possible which is especially important for the environment as well as time-saving. Moonbase Music also aims to use as many digital tools as possible in order to cut down on long-distance travel.
WHO ARE WE?
Moonbase Music was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2019 by the multi-platinum and gold certified Moroccan-Swedish songwriter and co-producer Jonas ”Moonchild” Zekkari. We are located in fresh premises with sea views in central Gothenburg, Sweden.
We offer songwriters, producers and artists to develop and work in the music industry on a national- and international level. The company primarily focuses on creating POP-music in all genres.
By operating from a favorable geographical location Moonbase Music functions as a hub for various partners from neighboring countries, such as Denmark, Norway and Germany. We have a strong presence in the Japanese music market, which is the second largest music market in the world. We also have a strong presence in the South Korean music market, which is the world’s sixth largest music market.
